Green figs with apple and honeyed sweet cheese
Serves 4


INGREDIENTS
  
1x411g can green figs
2 dessert apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin sticks
25g (1oz) sultanas
1x2009 pack medium fat soft cheese
150g (5oz) Greek style yogurt
4 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
Biscotti or sponge fingers to serve

METHOD
 
1. Combine the figs, apples and sultanas. Mix together the cheese, yogurt and honey.

2. Spoon some of the fruit and a dollop of the cheese on to each plate and sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle each serving with extra homey, if wished, and serve with biscotti or sponge fingers.
