INGREDIENTS
30ml
(2tbsp) Nescafé instant coffee granules
30ml (2tbsp) muscovado sugar
75ml (5tbsp) brandy
1 x 330ml carton Nestlé Simply Double
200g pack chocolate chip cookies
225g (9oz) black seedless grapes, halved

METHOD
1. Dissolve the coffee and sugar in 30ml (2tbsp) boiling water.
Add the brandy and 30ml (2tbsp) Simply Double. Mix well.
2. Whip the remaining Simply Double until thick.
3. Using your fingers dip the cookies one at a time into the brandy
mixture and arrange two/three in the centre of a serving plate,
top with a spoonful of the whipped Simple Double and a few grapes.
Continue to layer up until 5 cookies have been used finishing with
the whipped Simple Double.
4. Repeat for the remaining 3 servings.
5. Chill well for about 30 minutes in the fridge and serve garnished
with grapes.
