INGREDIENTS
330ml carton Nestlé Simply Double
300ml milk
5ml (1tsp) caster sugar
20ml (4tsp) custard powder
150g (6oz) dark chocolate, melted
350g (12oz) fresh raspberries

METHOD
1. Measure 100ml (4fl.oz) Simply Double into a measuring jug, whip
until thick and chill in the fridge.
2. Mix the remaining Simply Double with the milk and sugar and use
to prepare custard, as directed on the custard pack. Remove from
the heat and stir in the melted chocolate. Cover and allow to cool.
3. Layer up the cold chocolate mixture, raspberries and Simply Double
in tall stemmed glasses. Chill well and serve.
