INGREDIENTS
225g / 8oz Mascarpone Cheese
270ml / 9fl.oz. Double Cream
4 tbsp Icing Sugar
Zest and juice of 1 Lemon
175g / 6oz Plain Chocolate

METHOD
1. Break the chocolate into pieces then place in a bowl over a saucepan
of very hot water. Stir to melt.
2. Mix the mascarpone cheese and cream together, then divide the
mixture between two bowls.
3. Add the sieved icing sugar, lemon rind and juice to one bowl
and mix thoroughly.
4. Stir in the melted chocolate to the other bowl.
5. In four individual tall glasses, place alternate layers of the
chocolate cream first, then the lemon cream , finishing with the
lemon cream.
6. Decorate with grated chocolate and chill before serving.
