Grilled Mullet 

SERVES 4


INGREDIENTS

4 Mullet, whole and cleaned
3-4 tbsp Olive Oil
3-4 tbsp Vinegar
Half an onion, finely chopped
A few Peppercorns
1 Bay leaf or a few Parsley stalks

METHOD

1. Wash the fish and wipe them well. Put in a dish with the oil, vinegar and flavourings and leave to marinate for about 1/2 hour, turning them several times. Drain the fish and put on a greased grill grid.
 
2. Cook under a medium heat for about 10 minutes, basting with some of the marinade and turning them once. Serve Immediately.
