Chinese Chicken


METHOD

Mix two parts dry sherry with one part dark soy sauce, add a teaspoon (or more if you're making a lot!) of Chinese five spice, slart it all over the chicken which you have cut slits in and leave it for as long as you can but at least a couple of hours. Cook as normal. Easy!

• If you use chicken drumsticks, you can eat them at your computer although you might make a bit of a mess)
