Chicken and Homemade Egg Noodles

Sent to us by Kim Jorgensen. Kim got the recipe from a friend that lives in Missouri.


INGREDIENTS

4 Chicken thighs
3 chicken boullion cubes
3 cups of water

2 cups of regular flour
2 eggs
4 TBLS of milk

METHOD
  
Cook your chicken in the water until it is easily removed from the bone.

To make noodles to go with this dish.
2 cups of regular flour and 2 eggs and four TBLS of milk to form a ball then cut the ball into quarters and roll it out, sprinkle flour over rolled dough and cut into strips approx an eighth of an inch, when finished add to the de-boned chicken and broth cook for approx 30 minutes.

serve alone or on top of mashed potatoes
