Turkey Hash
Serves 4


INGREDIENTS

300g (10 1/2oz) cooked turkey, cubed  
1 142ml carton single cream  
1 560g can new potatoes, cubed  
1 egg, beaten  
1 small onion, finely chopped  
5ml (1tsp) hot Madras curry powder  
1 small red pepper, cored, de-seeded & finely chopped  
10ml (2tsp) Worcestershire sauce  
50g (1 3/4oz) button mushrooms, sliced  
Salt and freshly ground black pepper  
30ml (2tbsp) fresh parsley  
15ml (1tbsp) oil  
1 clove garlic, crushed  
Green salad for serving

METHOD
  
1. Mix turkey, potatoes, onion, pepper, mushrooms, parsley and garlic.

2. Mix cream, egg, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce, pour over turkey mixture, season.

3. Heat some oil in a frying pan, add mixture. Cook until golden.

4. Place under a hot grill until top is also lightly golden.

5. Serve with a green salad
