INGREDIENTS
iceberg lettuce
2-3 tomatoes, diced
large green pepper, diced
a good heap of cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Borlotti beans (or black beans)
1 avocado, diced
some white onion, thinly sliced
salsa
nachos

TO
PREPARE
Heat the beans in a pan and cook until soft
Mix the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, pepper, onion and cheese in
a large bowl.
Spoon over salsa (according to taste) and mix
Add hot beans and mix together
Serve on top of the hot nacho chips in a bowl
COMMENTS
For salsa, I always buy the Dippas salsa in the crisp aisle...it's
cheaper than the salsa in the Mexican food section.
