Ready made pizza base
15ml (1 tbsp) tomato purée
45ml (3 tbsp) passatta
1 leek, cleaned and finely sliced
125g (4 1/2oz) mushrooms, wiped and sliced
1 pepper, seeded and sliced
30ml (2tbsp) grated cheese

METHOD
1. Spread a ready-made pizza base with tomato purée mixed
with a little passatta. Top with sliced leeks, mushrooms and pepper,
or other vegetables of your choice.
2. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese, then cook according to
the instructions on the packet
